Generate sound scientific ideas, concepts, technologies, products and processes within the domains of crop science that are relevant to the needs and requirements of Philippine agriculture and end-user communities

ICropS has faculty members are comprised of 33 PhD and 14 MSc graduates.
The research, extension and professional staff (REPS) of ICropS has three PhD, 12 MSc and seven BSc graduates.
ICropS administrative staff works either as office, laboratory, farm or field technicians and support staff for Instruction, Research and Extension Offices.
