UP Horticultural Society (HortSoc)
The UP HortSoc is a duly recognized academic organization in UPLB. Since 1974, the society aims to enrich horticulture through practice, to promote and develop a meaningful extension, to develop responsible leadership, to foster cooperation and mutual assistance among its members, and to contribute to the total development of the UPLB community and ultimately to the larger society.
UP League of Agricultural Biotechnology Students (LABS)
The UP LABS is an organization established on November 16, 2010 for BS Agricultural Biotechnology students that advocates to promulgate academic excellence, leadership, and self-growth. It is a proponent in addressing current issues and innovations in the field of agriculture and biotechnology in our country with research-based facts about its importance and impact on modern-day agriculture. The organization also aims to provide a holistic environment for its members to enrich their full potential and assess to improve their qualities in academic excellence, leadership, and social relations.
University of the Philippines Society of Agronomy Major Students (UPhilSAMS)
The UPhilSAMS is an academic organization established in November 1975, aiming to motivate the interest of the UPLB studentry in the field of Agronomy and its related sciences, through academic activities that harness and impart significant knowledge to students and promote social, cultural, and political awareness through enhanced coordination and cooperation with other societies and organizations on the UPLB campus.
